A thousand acres for your event.

Association fundraisers, corporate retreats, sportsman dinners, charity shoots. We have run the smoothest-flowing events in the region for four decades. You bring the people. We handle the rest.

Why event planners come back.

Three sporting clays courses plus two five-stands, wobble traps, trap, and skeet. Course layouts route hundreds of shooters through the day without queues at any station.

One association fundraiser started here at fifty attendees. The most recent had six hundred. We don't lose event clients once they see how the day runs.

Four decades of running events has produced a system, not a hope. Catering, scoring, on-site coordination, and day-of run of show all handled by the same team.

Planners do not chase four vendors and pray they show up. One point of contact, one invoice, one accountable team.

We are the only operator in the region with a licensed firearms dealer on-property. Your fundraiser gun raffle becomes turnkey. We source the firearms at preferred pricing, run the raffle as part of the event, and the winner walks home with their gun the same day through our FFL.

No outside dealer to coordinate. A revenue driver competitors cannot match.

The lodge stays open after the last award. People stay for the food, the fire, and the stories. The hardest part of running an event here is convincing attendees it is time to go home.

That is the part planners do not budget for, and the part attendees remember on Monday.

Events we have run for decades.

From a fifty-person association shoot to a six-hundred-person fundraiser, these are the formats we run most.

Association Fundraisers

The format we built around.

Industry associations across the region run their annual fundraisers here.

Sporting clays through the day, banquet to close, gun raffle to drive revenue. Built for high volume, high stakes, and high attention to detail.

Corporate Retreats

A team day that lands on Monday.

Half-day to multi-day team experiences. Sporting clays, upland hunts, simulator sessions, or a combination. Built for executive groups that need to step away from screens.

Event coordination handled so the leader can be present, not running point.

Charity & Sportsman Dinners

A fundraiser that makes the planner look good.

Annual fundraising shoots, sportsman banquets, and youth-cause days. The NWTF Jake's Day we host every year was recognized as the number-one youth day in the country at the National Wild Turkey Federation national convention.

Custom Group Events

Anything we have not already named.

Family reunions, milestone birthdays, private corporate hunts with eight to twelve, multi-day partnership offsites.

The American Royalty hunt experience can be incorporated. Reservations are tailored, not templated.

Common Questions

We have run events for six hundred attendees and have capacity to handle similar scale on a single day. Three sporting clays courses plus supporting disciplines (five-stand, wobble traps, trap, skeet) keep stations open and shooters moving without queues.

Larger multi-day events are scoped through the office to ensure the right staffing, catering, and dog-team capacity for the format.

For events of fifty or more attendees, plan to inquire four to six months ahead. Weekend dates in September and October fill the calendar earliest for fundraising shoots.

Spring fundraisers between Good Friday and Memorial Day typically book during January and February. Smaller corporate days of twelve to twenty-five can sometimes book inside thirty days.

Catering is handled in-house for events of every size. Options range from stationed lunch service during the shoot to full banquet dinners for the awards ceremony.

Menus are tailored to event size, season, and tone. The office walks planners through options during the quote process.

Yes. Hunting Hills is the only operator in the region with a licensed firearms dealer on-property.

We source firearms at preferred pricing, run the raffle or auction as part of the event, and the winner walks home with their gun the same day through our FFL. No outside dealer coordination required.

Per-person event pricing starts at $60 for 100 targets only and goes to $145 for 100 targets with golf cart, food, and ammunition included.

Custom packages incorporating pheasant hunts, American Royalty experiences, or simulator sessions are quoted based on event structure and group size.

Yes. Corporate groups can book the American Royalty full-day pheasant hunt for eight to twelve hunters, English-style pass shooting days, Standard or Ultimate upland hunts for smaller groups, or mixed-format days combining sporting clays in the morning with hunts in the afternoon.

Hunting season runs October 1 through March 31.

Sporting clays runs in light rain and cold weather. We have hosted events in conditions that would shut down golf-course-style operations. For severe weather, the lodge and indoor simulator range give us indoor capacity to keep the day moving.

The office maintains a contingency conversation with every event lead during the week of the event.

Yes. Many corporate and association events bring spouses, family members, and non-shooters who participate in the meal, the awards ceremony, and the lodge social hours.

The property has indoor and outdoor spaces for non-shooters to enjoy the day, and the simulator range gives anyone curious a low-stakes way to try shooting without committing to the course.
