Three sporting clays courses plus two five-stands, wobble traps, trap, and skeet. Course layouts route hundreds of shooters through the day without queues at any station.
One association fundraiser started here at fifty attendees. The most recent had six hundred. We don't lose event clients once they see how the day runs.
Four decades of running events has produced a system, not a hope. Catering, scoring, on-site coordination, and day-of run of show all handled by the same team.
Planners do not chase four vendors and pray they show up. One point of contact, one invoice, one accountable team.
We are the only operator in the region with a licensed firearms dealer on-property. Your fundraiser gun raffle becomes turnkey. We source the firearms at preferred pricing, run the raffle as part of the event, and the winner walks home with their gun the same day through our FFL.
No outside dealer to coordinate. A revenue driver competitors cannot match.
The lodge stays open after the last award. People stay for the food, the fire, and the stories. The hardest part of running an event here is convincing attendees it is time to go home.
That is the part planners do not budget for, and the part attendees remember on Monday.

We have run events for six hundred attendees and have capacity to handle similar scale on a single day. Three sporting clays courses plus supporting disciplines (five-stand, wobble traps, trap, skeet) keep stations open and shooters moving without queues.
Larger multi-day events are scoped through the office to ensure the right staffing, catering, and dog-team capacity for the format.
For events of fifty or more attendees, plan to inquire four to six months ahead. Weekend dates in September and October fill the calendar earliest for fundraising shoots.
Spring fundraisers between Good Friday and Memorial Day typically book during January and February. Smaller corporate days of twelve to twenty-five can sometimes book inside thirty days.
Catering is handled in-house for events of every size. Options range from stationed lunch service during the shoot to full banquet dinners for the awards ceremony.
Menus are tailored to event size, season, and tone. The office walks planners through options during the quote process.

Hunting season runs October 1 through March 31.
Sporting clays runs in light rain and cold weather. We have hosted events in conditions that would shut down golf-course-style operations. For severe weather, the lodge and indoor simulator range give us indoor capacity to keep the day moving.
The office maintains a contingency conversation with every event lead during the week of the event.
Yes. Many corporate and association events bring spouses, family members, and non-shooters who participate in the meal, the awards ceremony, and the lodge social hours.
The property has indoor and outdoor spaces for non-shooters to enjoy the day, and the simulator range gives anyone curious a low-stakes way to try shooting without committing to the course.
